We offer a 7 Days Refund/Exchange Policy for our customers.

Customers can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase for any undamaged and unused items.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return
    (Exceptions may apply in valid cases)
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • Ensure the product is safely packed to avoid any damage during transit
  • Include your name, phone number, and order details inside the parcel

Step 2: Send the Parcel

  • Return the item via any traceable courier service (registered post or courier)
  • Send it to our return address (shared on request via WhatsApp)
